About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at European Wax Center. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience, engaging with our guests to understand their needs, and promoting our services and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent European Wax Center's values and maintain a positive attitude towards our guests.
  • Educate guests on the benefits of waxing and recommend service packages and products that meet their needs.
  • Manage reservation books and ensure a smooth flow of guests checking in and out.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the center.
