Accountant Receivable Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have an accounting degree with roughly 5 years’ experience.  The main functions will be Account Receivable Manager will work closely with the finance and sales team to ensure that the company’s financial goals are achieved

Responsibilities:  The principal duties and responsibilities of the Accounting consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Manage the accounts receivable department and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
  • Prepare, verify, and process invoices for machine sales and rentals.
  • Research and oversee the extension of credit.
  • Set up and maintain customer accounts, including billing and payment terms.
  • Issue and send invoices to customers in a timely manner and follow up on payments.
  • Lead collection efforts and file liens against the customer jobs for non-payment of machine invoices.
  • Develop and implement collection strategies to ensure that payments and resolve any disputes.
  • Monitor customer accounts and identify any potential issues or delinquencies and take appropriate actions to mitigate risk.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that customer accounts are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable and provide analysis and provide analysis and recommendations to senior management.
  • Daily reconciliation of operating account cash balance with Accounting System General Ledger Balan.
  • Daily audit of sales take charged on all invoices processed.
  • Daily maintenance of Machine Department Asset Database.
  • Receipt and tracking of new equipment for sale and rental.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and oversee the recordkeeping of invoices, bills and deposits.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in accounts receivable management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Possess strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills and able to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
  • Ability to work independently.
