An exciting and new opportunity is available in a growing Rheumatology and Chiropractic practice that is seeking a Practice Administrator with great communication, technology, and people skills. The practice is seeking an experienced Administrator who has strong HR, financial and practice management skills. 

Job Details:
  • This position will handle day to day operations and business growth in conjunction with physician partners.  
  • This position is responsible for the business and financial records of the practice, supervises and coordinates business activities including: AR, AP, HR, payroll, insurance processing, insurance contracts & payers, credit & collections, purchasing and office systems.  
  • The primary office site will be in our Schaumburg location with travel, as needed, to all current and future sites.

Experience and expectations:
  • Four-year college degree required and MBA or equivalent preferred 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a private medical practice setting is preferred.
  • EMR experience.
