We're on the lookout for someone who can hit the ground running and drive exceptional customer experiences. If you're a people person with a passion for communication, multitasking, and tackling new challenges, we want you Experience in automotive or manufacturing is a huge plus, as well as experience in a start-up environment. E-commerce support for platforms like Shopify and Amazon, along with proficiency in Zendesk, is highly preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Exceptional customer care and focus; ability to accurately assess customers' needs and provide the correct solutions, troubleshooting, or guidance to ensure a positive and efficient customer experience.
  • Ability to quickly learn, implement, and adhere to all customer service procedures and policies.
  • Continuously monitor customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Aim to resolve customer issues effectively and encourage repeat business through excellent service.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience and handle escalations efficiently and effectively.
  • Accurately and efficiently record, organize, and maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and profile/account changes.
  • Capable of efficiently handling returns, processing refunds, and managing shipping tracking numbers.
  • Oversee and manage orders from our e-commerce platforms and direct purchase orders, including printing packing and shipping labels, handling returns, and monitoring customer reviews.
  • Utilize Zendesk to track customer interactions, resolve issues, and improve overall service efficiency.
  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries over the phone with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • High School degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Previous experience in technical customer support, client services, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Management Experience
  • Automotive or manufacturing experience is a huge plus.
  • Start-up experience is a plus.
  • E-commerce support experience with Shopify and Amazon.
  • Proficiency in Zendesk.
  • Familiar with phone systems and clear communication with professional demeanor.
  • Superior writing skills for drafting professional emails and etiquette..
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with Google Suite, MS Word, Excel.
  • Exceptional multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to answer calls, actively listen, relay information accurately, and input data simultaneously.
  • Typing speed of at least 40-60 words per minute.
  • Customer-focused with a strong commitment to ensuring positive experiences and effective resolutions.
