Illinois Business Development/Director of Sales and Marketing

Are you an experienced Business Development professional with a passion for sales and marketing? Join our dynamic team in Illinois and take on a leadership role as the Illinois Business Development/Director of Sales and Marketing.

Job Description: As a Title Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with real estate attorneys, lenders, realtors and individuals looking to secure their property transactions. Your role will involve educating clients about the benefits of Title Insurance and assisting them in making informed decisions. This is a full-time position, in and out of the office. Capitalizing on networking and attending real estate themed event.

Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sales experience in the Title Insurance industry (Preferred)
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Responsibilities:Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
  • Proactively seek out and cultivate new business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Research and identify emerging markets and trends to capitalize on.

Build and Maintain Customer Relationships:
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers and strategic partners.
  • Manage key client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Expand Company's Profile and Reach:
  • Work to expand the company's profile and visibility in the market.
  • Develop strategies to increase the company's reach and market presence.

Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business development objectives.
  • Monitor and track sales and revenue goals to drive organic growth.

Event Planning and Participation:
  • Plan and actively participate in various events, both in-house and sponsored by the company.
  • Use outside events as opportunities to network and promote the company.

Brand Management and Marketing:
  • Manage social media and customer review platforms to maintain a strong online presence.
  • Foster brand awareness by positioning the company as a valuable resource for real estate-related topics.
  • Gain exposure at partner and industry events to establish leadership within the market.
  • Utilize social media to generate leads for new real estate agents seeking partnerships.
  • Create and manage social media campaigns to promote our company as a strategic marketing partner within the mortgage and real estate landscape.
