The Regional Learning Manager will be assigned to support a region of field operations. Serves as an internal subject matter expert in the areas of training by identifying and assessing future needs. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development, Adult Learning, Organizational/Leadership Development, or a related area preferred.
  • Ability to identify and analyze organizational needs.
  • Knowledge of strategic planning process, talent development, and curriculum design.
  • Ability to demonstrate fiscal responsibility in allocation of approved resources.
  • Knowledge working with learning management systems, strategic project/program planning, needs assessment, design, delivery, four evaluation levels measurement, cost benefit analysis, and adult learning styles.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employee performance standards, project management, quality improvement principles, and web-based training.
  • Minimum five years' experience in employee training, organizational development, and/or other related experience in a mid to large sized organization.
