Job Description

Regional Implementation Manager, AEC Technologies (Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Implementation Manager to join our team at AEC Technologies. The successful candidate will drive seamless integration, enhance operational efficiency, and empower the organization to align technologies with business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships and communicate effectively with regional and division management and staff.
  • Align and optimize software for regional business processes.
  • Work closely with technology teams, vendors, and business teams to configure settings, workflows, and collaboration features based on regional requirements.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of AEC technology initiatives in the region.
  • Implement software to drive better workflow planning for a fabrication facility to support more efficient material procurement, fabrication planning, and labor tracking.
  • Define project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress for software deployments.
  • Address business team concerns and facilitate adoption.
  • Communicate changes related to software updates, enhancements, and modifications.
  • Collaborate with corporate team, project managers, BIM/VDC teams, and external consultants to maintain detailed documentation on configurations, best practices, and lessons learned.
  • Monitor software performance, troubleshoot issues, and validate configurations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technology implementation within the MEP construction industry.
  • Familiarity with MEP-specific tools such as Revit MEP, Navisworks, and MEP fabrication software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with MEP processes, BIM, and construction project workflows.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage timelines and resources.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable with traveling to regional offices and job sites.
