Legal Receptionist

- Strong organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail.

- Positive attitude towards clients and co-workers.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Punctual.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle complaints with professionalism, patience, and diplomacy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with supporting the day-to-day operations of the firm.
- Assist attorneys and paralegals in managing and organizing legal documents.
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and proper phone etiquette.
- Provide receptionist services for clients.
- Work closely with the client's staff to assist with the front office.
- Take accurate and complete messages for those who are unavailable.
- Promptly greet and announce visitors in a friendly and business-like manner.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception desk.
- Order and stock supplies as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as requested.
- Responsible for picking up and sending mail.
- Participate in keeping kitchen/break area clean.
