REPORTS TO: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES

POSITION SUMMARY:
To serve as a liaison between employees, administration, and Human Resources. Responsible for unit/position control, school and District staffing plans, employee assignments, job descriptions, and other personnel-related functions. Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment program, minority and critical shortage areas, recruitment activities, and other related special projects. Responsible for conducting training needs, assessments and providing training solutions to include implementation, administration, and/or design and delivery of high-quality programs that engage, align, inform, and inspire employees in support of goals and initiatives.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 
  • Some positions typically require certain knowledge, skills, aptitude, training, and previous experience. Example:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
L-Light Work - Required to push, pull or lift up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Indoors/Outdoors 
  • The worker is subject to both environmental conditions. 
  • Activities occur inside and outside.  
  • The worker is subject to noise. 
  • There is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above the ambient noise level. 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Education - Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited educational institution. 
  • Experience - Minimum of five years of successful professional administrative experience, including three years of personnel management or an equivalent combination of education and/or training and experience that is deemed equal or superior to the foregoing requirements. 
  • Computer Skills - Basic understanding and knowledge of the use of current technology, as required for the position. 
  • Certificates and/or Licenses - Must possess a valid driver’s license. Other Requirements - Must be available for extensive travel during the peak recruitment period.
