Join our team:Volunteer Services Coordinator 
Location: Volunteer Services Program-Sun City West, AZ
Available Shift: $19.76 ph/ FT 40 hrs 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday

What will you be doing?
Assist the Director of Volunteer Services with all points of the volunteer life cycle:  agency needs assessment, recruitment, interviewing, orientation, placement, recognition and retention. The position will identify and implement a comprehensive action plan to strengthen and enhance the volunteer services program to impact all areas of the Benevilla programs.  The Volunteer Services Coordinator will build a strategic, engaged volunteer experience and will cultivate long-term relationships to drive the Benevilla mission.  

What qualifications do you need?
Bachelor’s degree in social services, nonprofit management or resource management preferred. Four (4) years of proven experience of volunteer management and training in a nonprofit or health care field acceptable in place of the Bachelor’s degree. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to meet people with ease, communicate one-on-one and in group settings. Possess excellent written communication skills, time management, public speaking, and presentation skills. Ability to be self-managed. Ability to meet deadlines, monitor and report team outcomes, and goal analysis. Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
