Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Coordinator of Volunteers at Promise Fund. The coordinator will be responsible for managing the organization's volunteer program, including volunteer recruitment, training, and supervision. The coordinator will also collaborate with the team to develop and implement community outreach strategies and coordinate events. The role is located in West Palm Beach, FL, with the flexibility for some remote work.


Qualifications

  • Experience in volunteer management, including recruitment, training, and supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with volunteers
  • Ability to create and implement community outreach initiatives
  • Knowledge of best practices in volunteer engagement
  • Experience in coordinating events
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Passion for the mission and goals of the Promise Fund of Florida
  • Experience in the healthcare or non-profit sector is a plus
