We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to drive our marketing strategy and enhance our visibility within the industries we support. The ideal candidate will strategically grow our brand, create engaging content to position Minit Charger as a leader in charging solutions, and develop innovative approaches to highlight our products and technology.

RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Craft and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Minit Charger’s products and services. Focus on strategic ways to grow the brand and increase visibility within the industries we target, including government sectors.
  • Content and PR Management: Create and manage PR campaigns, blog postings, news articles, and other content to boost the promotion of our website and increase visibility. Ensure content is relevant and engaging for the industries we support.
  • Networking and Industry Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with industry and trade groups to spotlight our company and leaders in industry publications. Focus on building a strong network within specific industries.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with complementary businesses and organizations to expand our reach and co-market products.
  • Email and CRM Marketing: Develop and produce high-quality content for email campaigns and CRM activities, focusing on building an audience for industry-related topics and highlighting new product announcements.
  • Social Media and Online Presence: Manage social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube to engage with industry professionals and share relevant content. Utilize industry-specific online forums and networks to reach new potential customers.
  • SEO Optimization: Ensure website content is optimized for search engines to increase visibility and drive traffic.
  • AI Tools for Marketing Engagement: Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing engagement, personalize customer interactions, and improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a technical, industrial, or government sector field.
  • Proven experience in networking within industry and trade groups.
  • Strong PR background with experience in creating and distributing press releases, blog posts, news articles, and video content.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive website traffic through targeted marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and brand building.
