Logistics Coordinator

Are you detail-oriented and organized? Join our team as a logistics coordinator, where your role will be essential in managing the flow of materials for production. You will be responsible for issuing and tracking parts to ensure seamless operations in our manufacturing environment. Your expertise in inventory management will help maintain optimal stock levels and facilitate efficient material handling.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour Day shifts
Compensation: $17.25-$19 per hour

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inventory control processes to ensure accuracy
  • Assist in physical inventory audits
  • Perform regular cycle counts
  • Implement Kanban systems for inventory management
  • Engage in production management team initiatives
  • Facilitate timely delivery of materials to the production floor
  • Avoid the buildup of return stock
  • Receive and document incoming parts
  • Comply with all safety regulations and operational procedures

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred 2+ years of experience in inventory or warehouse distribution, ideally in a high-tech setting
  • Strong mathematical and communication skills
  • Experience with pallet jacks, forklifts, and overhead cranes is advantageous
