Sedation Front Desk Coordinator

We're in search of an individual who embodies stellar customer service, demonstrates initiative and responsibility, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. Our ideal candidate goes above and beyond for customers, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and seamlessly collaborates with colleagues to achieve collective objectives.
Position Details:
- Hours: 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
- Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
Education and Experience:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Desired experience in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service
Specific Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel between multiple locations
- Customer service orientation with a consistently pleasant demeanor
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking proficiency
- Proficiency in PC skills with the ability to learn and utilize new programs as needed
