We are seeking a reliable, professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and creating a positive impression of our hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payments
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area
- Assist in coordinating reservations and room assignments
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Must be reliable and punctual
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a front desk, customer service, or hospitality role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
