Help Desk Technician

Job Details:
- Qualified candidates will have a solid understanding of Windows operating system, applications, and basic networking.
- Our team at the hospital works directly with their Helpdesk team to troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues, manage and deploy new computers, perform minor hardware repairs, and do any other related work that they require.
- Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of college or trade school in a related field and be able to demonstrate their understanding of the required skills.
- Work hours for this position will be Monday through Friday from 8am-4pm.
