Talis Group’s client is the leading independently owned home-building company in the Louisville Metro area.  Dedicated to crafting exceptional homes, they are looking for a Sales Manager to lead their team in delivering the homes that families love to live in. This role calls for a dynamic and results-driven person to oversee all aspects of the sales department, set strategic goals, and ensure the team’s success. 

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, preferably within the home building or related industry. Office is in Clarksville, IN.
Salary: $125,000 + bonus program. Excellent benefits package included. M-F work week. Highlighted Duties:
  • Set sales goals and develop strategies to achieve them
  • Mentor, manage, and motivate sales team members
  • Identify and act on new growth opportunities
  • Work with marketing and operations to optimize lead generation
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions with the sales team
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts as required

 Highlighted Requirements:
  • Proven successful track record in a sales management role in the home building or related industry. (Specific industry not required.)
  • Experience building and leading successful sales teams
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools
