Sales Manager (new product / channel)      Talis Group’s client is a leading manufacturer of innovative digital signage solutions for over 25 years. They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to launch a new product line and build a sales team. This product has huge potential for the industry. This position requires a proactive and motivated individual with a proven track record of successful team building, a willingness to understand the signage industry, and the ability to build lasting relationships. Company offers full benefit package along with laptop, iPhone.Base salary $85-$100K + commission program.  HIGHLIGHTED DUTIES
  • Identify and target key customers/ channel partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. 
  • Recruit, hire, and train high-performing representatives capable of achieving ambitious sales goals.
  • Work with each team member and determine ways to support them to reach their goals.
  • Provide strong customer service support to both employees and partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. 
 HIGHLIGHTED REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, preferred.
  • 8 years of proven experience in sales and sales team management
  • Experience identifying and developing channel partnerships
  • Ability to listen and lead individuals with different strengths and abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to travel within the designated region as required (no extensive travel required)
