About the role

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, PayZen is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing company. You will play an instrumental role in building the product marketing capability, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Provider Success to define and refine our value proposition, competitive positioning, messaging, and targeting strategies, aimed at the nation’s top hospitals and health systems. You will also lead the go-to-market for launches and for the continuous evolution of our affordability platform and offerings.

You’re a seasoned B2B product marketer who brings strategic thinking and can build our product marketing function from the ground up. This role is ideal for a dynamic marketer with a proven track record of thinking big and pushing boundaries to deliver business results.

What you will do
  • Articulate, package, and deliver compelling stories and convincing proof points to drive successful market awareness, pipeline generation, and provider engagement
  • Partner with our Go-To-Market team to define the value story and develop effective product collateral, battle cards, presentations, client case studies, and digital content. Empower Sales and Provider Success to win through effective enablement, sharing ownership in wins and losses
  • Partner with Product in bringing new offerings to market, developing targeted messaging, positioning, and marketing creative informed by product understanding, customer needs, and competitive differentiation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive news to identify opportunities for and execute targeted campaigns
  • Foster the sharing of insights across consumer Marketing, Product, Sales, and Provider Success teams

  • Market-oriented. You are on the hunt for unique market and account insights to generate balanced and thoughtful points of view on how to communicate product value to our providers.
  • A team player. This role is highly collaborative. Sometimes you’re driving the bus, sometimes someone else is. You can work with a range of disciplines and teams to execute on your work.
Experience we are looking for
  • 3+ years of marketing or go-to-market experience in a high-growth B2B technology company (healthcare experience a big plus)
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience that can span marketing, product marketing, growth marketing, product management, operational roles, or strategy consulting
