Our Client, a leader in commercial real estate and facilities/asset management is seeking to add a Workplace Experience Coordinator to its team. This role will work onsite in New York City and will work a mixture of opening and closing shifts. This is a 1-month contract to hire role that pays $26 per hour. The key to this role is prior experience in a high-end hospitality/receptionist role. Upon conversion this role offers increased compensation, an annual bonus plan, and a strong benefit package.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Director of Field Operations and merchandising team in order to ensure the markets and pantries adhere to standards
  • Conduct regular pantry audits to ensure that products are in-date, properly stored, and placed according to planogram
  • Onboard and manage onsite attendants
  • Coordinate with Operations team to handle any maintenance or repair issues in the pantry
  • Monitor and report on employee satisfaction with pantry services, making recommendations for improvements as needed
  • Track and manage waste consumption
  • Implement waste reduction initiatives, emphasizing sustainability and eco-friendly practices
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for employees
  • Support administrative oversight across other designation locations
  • Support on-site operations and fulfillment logistics
  • Manages on site product inventory levels

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-end hospitality/receptionist role.
  • High School Diploma
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional client interaction: Well presented, personable, strong communication.
