What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Business Partner, your role will be pivotal in supporting the growth of our client's organization. You will work closely with hiring managers across the company, assisting with recruitment efforts and ensuring that both managers and candidates experience smooth and timely hiring and onboarding processes. Your responsibilities will also include handling all onboarding activities, from pre-hire employee communication to data entry into their HRIS system. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience working on various HR projects across benefits, organizational structure, L&D, and performance management.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers across the organization to ensure smooth and timely hiring and onboarding processes
  • Assist with recruitment efforts by coordinating interview processes and conducting phone screens when necessary
  • Handle all onboarding activities, including pre-hire employee communication
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of policies, documentation, and records through data entry into HRIS- Rippling
  • Gain experience working on various HR projects across benefits, organizational structure, L&D, and performance management


What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Business Partner role brings a wealth of relevant HR experience to the table. With a bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, Business or a related field under your belt, you've spent 2-3 years honing your skills in onboarding or full-cycle recruiting. Your background includes working in a startup environment - preferably within tech, social media or entertainment industries. You're known for your excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing start-up environment and are comfortable working through ambiguity and suggesting solutions. Your proficiency with G-Suite or related software will be a significant asset in this role.

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, Business or related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant HR experience including onboarding or full-cycle recruiting
  • Experience working in a startup environment - preferably in tech, social media or entertainment industries
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, constantly changing start-up environment
  • High attention to detail, organized problem-solver, critical thinker and multi-tasker
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity and suggesting solutions
  • Proficient with G-Suite or related software. Rippling or multiple HRIS & ATS experience is a plus
