Regional VP Sales – US West Region

We are thrilled to partner with a renowned Gartner and Forrester-recognized leader in the data fabric industry to find an exceptional Regional VP of Sales for the US West Region.

In this high-impact position, you’ll thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with talented sales and marketing teams and supported by a top-notch technical team. This role offers a unique blend of strategic leadership and hands-on influence, enabling you to drive results and unlock new growth potential both for yourself and the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Leadership: Own and drive the territory revenue plan, crafting and executing strategies to meet ambitious sales targets.
  • Strategic Account Management: Identify and penetrate key strategic accounts, and foster new relationships across high-potential sectors.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and manage the Field Sales team, focusing on recruiting top talent, fostering development, and maximizing team performance.
  • Client Success: Support the team during key client engagements and provide inspiring leadership to enhance client outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage in strategic planning, team-building, sales training, and customer care initiatives.
  • Travel & Engagement: Represent the company at client sites, partner events, and industry conferences across the West Coast.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Extensive leadership experience in enterprise software sales with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth expertise in middleware, data integration solutions, and related tech areas (ETLs, Data Warehouses, MDM, ESBs, BPM tools, SOA suites).
  • Leadership: A history of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Communication: Exceptional skills in executive engagement, presentations, and negotiation.
  • Technical Insight: Strong grasp of enterprise IT architectures, data management, web/cloud technologies, big data, scalability, and governance.
