We are currently looking for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist. This is a hybrid role that includes various responsibilities within our clients human resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relations for our employee base of 200+ staff members, facilitating the onboarding process for all new hires, and regularly updating our company’s policies and procedures.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with employees while addressing any issues or grievances promptly and professionally.
  • Playing an essential role in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are properly integrated into our workforce.
  • Regularly updating organizational policies and procedures in alignment with business needs and relevant industry regulations.
  • Driving retention management initiatives and strategies.
  • Leading internal investigations as necessary while maintaining the highest level of discretion and neutrality.
  • Overseeing the management of employee performance, ensuring regular feedback and engagement with staff members to assist in their personal development and growth.
  • Responding to payroll and benefits inquiries, ensuring every case is handled in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required within the human resources department.


Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a corporate human resources role.
  • A proven track record of managing strong employee relationships and handling sensitive issues with tact and professionalism.
  • Excellent technology skills, particularly in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Exceptional communication skills and an ability to work effectively with employees at all levels within our organization.
  • Strong knowledge of company policies, procedures, and the legalities of employment practices.
