Job Summary
A Property Management Company is seeking a Head of Residential Accounting.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Note: Job duties are subject to change.
- Answer phones
- Respond to email inquiries
- Deposit rents
- Handle rent increases, including rent rolls, market surveys, and renewals
- Prepare 3-day notices
- Call and mail out past due reminders to tenants
- Contact managers regarding past due rents and advise on rent status
- File evictions and follow up
- Perform weekly backups
- Issue credits to tenants (e.g., due to maintenance-related issues)
- Void all checks and input all inter-account bank transfers (owner draw/owner contributions)
- Provide backup for RUBS
Qualifications and Skills:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of property management experience
- Required knowledge of Yardi or AppFolio
Benefits:

Work Schedule:
- Hybrid work schedule available. Each department is required to be physically present in the office at least twice a week, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.
- Mandatory in-person training at the office for the first 90 days of employment.
- 8-hour shift, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Job Type:
- Full-time
Compensation:
- $24.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience
