Enterprise Solutions (ES) is seeking a highly motivated, intellectually curious, and talented technical program manager (TPM) to join a team that is responsible for optimizing Delta's revenue offers. The TPM will directly engage and collaborate with developers, external and internal data scientists, and Delta internal teams for designing, delivering, and maintaining proprietary optimization products that result in improved customer offers and increased revenue for Delta Air Lines. The role partners across Digital, Revenue Management, Pricing, Global Pricing Distribution, Operations Research, IT, and vendors to support data, define requirements, project manage proprietary pricing and artificial intelligence products, and preferably be able to model performance using state-of-art time series and counterfactual analysis.

Responsibilities:
* Understand the interrelationships between Schedules, Pricing, and Revenue Management, and the combined impact on the Delta Customer experience
* Effectively manage technical projects, navigate bottlenecks, and make strategic tradeoffs while balancing business needs with technical constraints.
* Identify commercial opportunities that can be addressed by developing data sources, methods, tools and models to optimize Delta revenue, including time series forecasting, reinforcement learning, or optimization modeling
* Promote the long-term customer offer vision that supports Delta's business strategy as the marketplace evolves and new products are introduced
* Actively develop close relations and coordinate with key vendors, commercial business units, Operations Research, Finance, IT and senior management to ensure timely execution of ES sponsored projects
* Maintain a pulse on industry efforts and disruptive technologies, and champion solutions to further Delta's position as industry leader
* Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
*
Highly proficient communication skills and ability to actively advocate for ES solutions across the enterprise
*
At least two years of experience in a program management role, preferably managing technical projects
*
Experience with data scripting languages (e.g. SQL, Python, R etc.) and statistical/optimization software (e.g. R, SAS, Gurobi, etc.).
*
Experience with big data: processing, filtering, and presenting large quantities of data.
*
Must have the ability to work well with diverse groups in a time sensitive and team environment with minimal supervision, be results oriented and capable of meeting or exceeding deadlines with attention to detail and follow through.
*
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects through to solution delivery.
*
Strong focus on building team culture and driving collaboration across the broader organization
*
Must be performing satisfactorily in present position
*
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
*
Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
*
Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
*
Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
