About the Team

The Value Stream Optimization Services team, part of the Engineering, Product, Innovation, and Cloud (EPIC) organization, is tasked with managing a portfolio of value streams that contribute to an enterprise SaaS product, aiming to enhance the delivery of value to our clients.

This team comprises highly skilled professionals with expertise in their fields, working together to ensure that value streams yield maximum benefits.

About the Role

We are in search of a dynamic Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team.

In this capacity, you will be instrumental in orchestrating and executing complex programs that drive strategic results for the organization.

Utilizing your outstanding communication skills, technical knowledge, and leadership capabilities, you will guide cross-functional teams in implementing large-scale initiatives while ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams through effective communication and negotiation skills, collaborating with executives and stakeholders to achieve consensus and alignment on objectives, scope, and deliverables, while advocating for the organization's best interests and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Provide strategic insights and guidance to support decision-making through data-driven analysis and your understanding of industry trends, organizational priorities, and technological advancements.
  • Drive excellence in program management by overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while aligning programs with business objectives.
  • Promote a results-oriented strategy and culture by demonstrating strong leadership, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, and championing best practices in program management.
  • Exhibit exceptional organizational skills by effectively managing multiple priorities and dependencies, addressing risks, and mitigating issues.
  • Optimize resource allocation across programs to ensure efficient and effective use of resources while delivering maximum value to the organization.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities by identifying and resolving critical issues, leveraging your professional and technical expertise to implement innovative solutions.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar capacity, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, LPM, and DevOps.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic thinking and decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts across all organizational levels towards common objectives.
  • Able to work in a hybrid-office environment, requiring three or more days per week in the office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with large-scale system architecture.
  • Familiarity with Kronos Product Suites, Tax Services, Service Products, or core Payment Solutions.
  • Ability to adopt a customer-centric perspective to represent customer needs and preferences.
  • Innovative thinker and results-driven problem solver, eager to tackle challenging issues and committed to delivering clear business outcomes.
  • Continuous learner, able to ask relevant questions to understand requirements and context, as well as to receive and incorporate feedback.
  • Experience with Aha, JIRA, Confluence, PowerBI.

Preferred Certifications:

PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, LPM
