What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Build and drive the AMER regional partner strategy
  2. Lead a team of Partner Success Managers to enhance partner performance
  3. Recruit, train, and enable partners, focusing on driving new business and retention
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close large enterprise deals
  5. Maintain and deepen relationships with partners to create increased sales opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. 10+ years of experience in channel management or related partner/new business sales experience in SaaS, ASP, eBusiness, or CRM software
  2. Proven sales track record in exceeding assigned targets
  3. Ability to communicate effectively to drive deals forward
  4. Experience thriving in a high-velocity environment
  5. Background in both startup and established businesses is a bonus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience in managing partner relationships in a technology-driven environment
  2. Familiarity with experience analytics or related fields
