As Relyance AI’s Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving our go-to-market strategy by building and scaling a world-class GTM team. You’ll be the first GTM focused TA Partner joining the VP, Talent to build and scale a world-class Talent function. You will collaborate with internal hiring partners on strategic and tactical recruitment through creative sourcing methods, networking, and employment branding to align with Relyance AI’s growth.

As a Sr. TA Partner, your role will include:

  • Owning the full recruitment life cycle from intake to sourcing to interviewing to closing for a variety of sales and marketing positions
  • Partnering with Hiring Managers to develop comprehensive recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Leveraging innovative sourcing techniques to build robust talent pipelines for high-impact sales and marketing roles
  • Conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidate fit for both role and company culture
  • Utilizing Greenhouse to optimize the hiring process and generate actionable insights
  • Building strong partnerships with sales and marketing leadership to understand business needs and talent requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on sales and marketing roles
  • Proven track record of building high-performing Sales and Marketing teams
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing metrics and KPIs
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders
  • A passion for identifying top talent and driving business growth

  • Experience Recruiting Sr. Enterprise Account Executives globally
  • 2+ years of experience recruiting for an Enterprise Software Company
  • Experience recruiting in a fast paced, startup environment

As such, the base salary pay range for this role is $100,000 to $140,000.
