Drive the business development efforts in the Denver area while working in a matrix environment with colleagues in operations, marketing, sales. The business development role is essential for generating leads and must be visible in the community by educating and presenting to referral sources such as hospitals, home health agencies, outpatient therapy companies, senior services providers, industry partners, non-profit organizations, and physician offices. Conduct in-services, presentations, educational luncheons, host and attend relevant events by introducing our solutions and services to clinicians, liaisons, physicians, patients, their families, facility staff and other referral sources. Develop and execute innovative advertising campaigns to grow leads for the sales team. Participate in networking groups, especially as they relate to the senior and long-term disability population.

This is a role where you will have autonomy, flexibility and setting your own schedule. It is expected that you will spend a majority of your time out in the field with the remaining time at our Englewood, CO office.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Produce leads to exceed monthly sales quotas for Lifeway's Denver office.

  • Visit existing and new partners with an average of 10-12 development calls per day.

  • Utilize company ERP and CRM to manage lead sources, customers, and sales performance.

  • Communicate with leadership regarding business development efforts and impact on results.

  • Create and design various print materials.

  • Perform any other duties assigned

  • Reporting

  • Update weekly reporting on leads, appointments and sales

  • Track efforts and review them weekly with GM

  • Prepare a monthly key performance metrics and activities report

  • Organize and deliver a monthly marketing performance meeting with DVP, GM, CCC

  • Digital Marketing

  • Produce weekly social media posts with engaging content

  • Maintain review acquisition and promote internally our review process

  • Create EBlast campaigns/templates for sales

  • Advertising Campaigns

  • Identify, assess and implement print, direct mail and TV/Radio advertising opportunities

  • Develop advertising content and brand messaging

  • Event Management

  • Develop annual event calendar for lead generation

  • Manage event booking/payment, negotiate costs, schedule setup and demonstrating staff, create booth design and layout, attend event and produce leads & appointments

  • Seek new event opportunities, analyze potential ROI based on event stats

  • Work with general manager on budget

  • Work with production team on booth layout, setup and maintenance of booth materials

  • Create and maintain all event materials

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
  • Candidate ideally should have 5+ years of marketing and business development experience - preferably in healthcare

  • Established community relationships, connections, referrals

  • Proven effective people and relationship skills

  • Strong ability to present and effectively communicate both verbally and written

  • Ability to work well independently as well as in groups

  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated, self-starter, trustworthy, empathetic, problem-solving skills

  • Knowledgeable regarding home safety, falls risks and ADL's of clients

  • Valid and current driver's license and evidence of automobile insurance

  • Ability to travel to multiple job sites and attend required meetings

  • Post-secondary school degree preferred

  • Must be able to work in ERP and other company software systems

  • Must maintain professional boundaries at all times

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

  • Must be able to function in a wide variety of environments which may involve exposure to allergens and other various conditions

  • Travels throughout the Denver area to various offices and facilities with some time spent in office

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College degree in Business, Marketing or Health Care a plus, along with two years related experience and/or training. Experience in non-medical home care, senior care, long term disability or other service industry preferred.

  • Requires proficiency in electronic documentation of networking activity.

  • Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills as well as a positive, professional, business image.

COMPENSATION:

$80K - $120K in salary and bonus.
