We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales & Marketing with a strong background in Data Privacy & Governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
  2. Build and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team.
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
  4. Identify market trends and opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to track performance and optimize strategies.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of senior-level leadership experience in Data Privacy & Governance.
  3. Proven track record of success in building and scaling sales and marketing functions in early-stage and growth-mode companies.
  4. Strong understanding of the North American market and industry trends.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  7. Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  8. Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.
