Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Digital Media Specialist with expertise in PPC management and web development to join our client's team. In this role, you'll manage all digital marketing initiatives, from crafting effective PPC strategies to enhancing their website/landing pages for SEO optimization and CRM systems. This is a full-time position with a 4-day work week, 10-hour shifts (7am-5pm), offering the perfect balance between productivity and personal time.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive PPC strategies across multiple paid platforms.
  • Oversee every aspect of PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, bidding, performance analytics, and optimization.
  • Lead WordPress web development efforts to ensure our site is SEO-friendly, engaging, and functional.
  • Manage the HubSpot CRM, integrating it to enhance customer experience and streamline data management.
  • Provide detailed performance reports, offering insights and strategic recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest innovations in PPC, web development, and CRM to keep them ahead of the competition.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns, with expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Strong skills in website development and management, particularly on WordPress.
  • Proficient in HubSpot CRM or similar tools, (preferred experience in marketing automation).
  • A solid understanding of SEO, PPC, and web content - and how they work together.
  • Data-driven mindset, able to interpret analytics and turn insights into action.
  • Self-starter with excellent project management skills, capable of working independently to meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets with a focus on delivering strong ROI.
  • Strong communication skills, able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Positive and collaborative attitude and comfortable working on a small and nimble team - that is quickly growing (due to company expansion).


Preferred if you have experience in:

  • Healthcare / HIPAA marketing experience (but not a requirement)
