Position overview:

The Ophthalmology Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our ophthalmology services and enhance our brand presence. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly in ophthalmology, who can engage and educate our target audiences effectively

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement strategic marketing plans to drive patient engagement, service awareness, and brand loyalty within the ophthalmology sector.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and competitive positioning.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials, including brochures, website content, social media posts, and educational resources that resonate with patients and referring physicians.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media, to increase online visibility and patient inquiries.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with clinical staff and leadership to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and patient care objectives.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and return on investment.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, with a focus on ophthalmology or related fields strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaign development and execution.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
