Job DescriptionAt IQ Fiber, we're seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to drive our digital marketing efforts and contribute to our success. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase brand awareness, consideration, and acquisition in our digital channel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with our director of acquisition marketing to test and experiment with digital channels and tactics to find opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, paid search, paid social media, and affiliate relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Plan, create, and launch digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with target audience needs and company objectives.
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and other digital analytics platforms.


Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field required.
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce best practices and experience conducting A/B or multivariate tests.
  • Experience in paid media (SEM, paid social, media buying).
  • A balance between a customer-centric mindset and data-driven decision making.
  • Demonstrated fluency in digital programs, operations, and technology.
