Office/Personal Assistant

Job Brief:
- The Office Assistant/Personal Assistant will manage both professional and personal tasks for high level executives. To fulfill duties mentioned below as well as managing projects relating to Real Estate business , general investments and preparing documents and presentations using Office 360 from Microsoft, this assistant will need to frequently run errands. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, professional, and able to undertake a wide range of responsibilities. Training for office tasks will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- managing projects relating to Real Estate business , general investments and preparing documents and presentations using Office 360 from Microsoft Handle personal errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, gift purchasing, coordinating household staff, and overseeing home maintenance or deliveries.
- Coordinate and manage household staff, cleaners, landscapers, and other service providers. Ensure smooth operations of household logistics, including any home projects or renovations.
- Assist in organizing personal events such as family gatherings, dinner parties, or social engagements, including sending invitations, booking venues, and managing guest lists.
- Handle sensitive personal information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
Requirements and skills
- Good work ethic, dependable, dedicated, resourceful
- Valid driver’s license
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- The abilities to anticipate needs, to be resourceful, and to be responsive are important
- Ability to work independently
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. Outlook, e-calendars, scanners, copy machines, etc. . . .)
