As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be a key player in our sales team, responsible for initiating contact with investors, managing our CRM, and supporting our lead generation and sales pipeline efforts. Your role will involve building strong relationships with investors, generating and qualifying leads, and ensuring seamless communication and handoff of leads to the appropriate team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
- Serve as the first point of contact for investors, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with investors to enhance their satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring a positive experience with our company.
Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Conduct email outreach and leverage automation tools to engage with a high volume of prospects effectively.
- Identify and qualify leads, creating a consistent and steady stream of potential opportunities for the sales team.
Pipeline Management:
- Manage and regularly update the CRM system to accurately reflect the status of all leads, prospects, and ongoing customer relationships.
- Maintain an organized and robust sales pipeline to support and achieve long-term sales goals and targets.
- Oversee and manage technology license initiatives and contracts.
Meeting Scheduling:
- Proactively schedule meetings with qualified leads and assist in preparing for these meetings to ensure productive and effective engagements.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth communication and efficient handoff of leads, contributing to a seamless sales process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably as an SDR or in a similar capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with investors and prospects.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Proactive and results-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets and contributing to team success.
