Status: Full-time exempt

**This role is contingent upon contract award**

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the contractor's primary interface with the Governments Contracting Officer, Government Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and Government Technical Monitor.
  • Formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
  • Manage the development and preparation of proposals for the program and serve as the primary contact to respond.
  • Determine the necessary schedules for proposal submittal, proposal preparation, pricing, and review the proposal for responsiveness to the program's requirements.
  • Establish budgets, forecasts, manpower, equipment, and supply needs for assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Design, conduct, and/or facilitate the preparation of efficient and effective program metrics, other reports, and briefings as required.

Must Haves:

  • Level I Requirements:
    • 10-15 years of experience.
    • Certification that satisfies the DoD 8570 IAT Level I requirement (A+ CE, CCNA-Security, CND, Network+, or SSCP)
  • Level II Requirements:
    • 16-20 years of experience.
    • Certification that satisfies the DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirement (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, or SSCP).
  • Level III Requirements:
    • 21+ years of experience.
    • Certification that satisfies the DoD 8570 IAT Level III requirement (CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP [or Associate], GCED, or GCIH).

Security Requirements:

An Active Secret Clearance is required in order to be considered.
