Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager with a strong background in supporting the Workday application, who can transition into an integration specialist role. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of APIs and modern talent acquisition systems, focusing on integrations between Workday and other Talent Acquisition (TA) ecosystem vendors. This role is critical to ensuring seamless, efficient, and innovative HR technology solutions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:

    • Lead and manage projects related to Workday integrations, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
    • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
    • Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Workday Application Support:

    • Provide expert-level support for the Workday application, particularly in areas related to integrations and Talent Acquisition.
    • Assist in troubleshooting, problem resolution, and optimization of the Workday system.
    • Stay updated with the latest Workday features and updates to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Integration Development and Management:

    • Design, develop, and manage integrations between Workday and other TA ecosystem vendors, utilizing APIs and middleware solutions.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
    • Monitor and maintain integration performance, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
    • Support the deployment and testing of new integrations, including end-to-end validation and user acceptance testing.
  • Talent Acquisition Technology Support:

    • Work closely with the TA team to understand their requirements and enhance the technology stack to meet evolving needs.
    • Lead initiatives to integrate new TA technologies and vendors with Workday, improving efficiency and candidate experience.
    • Provide guidance on best practices for utilizing TA tools in conjunction with Workday.
  • Stakeholder Communication:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives, progress, and changes.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and updates to leadership and project teams.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years specifically supporting Workday integrations.
    • Proven experience with APIs and middleware solutions in the context of HRIS or TA systems.
    • Strong background in the talent acquisition space, with a focus on technology and vendor management.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in Workday HCM, especially in Talent Acquisition modules.
    • Strong understanding of API protocols (REST, SOAP) and integration tools (e.g., Workday Studio, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
    • Experience with data mapping, transformation, and integration best practices.
    • Familiarity with modern TA technologies and vendors (e.g., ATS, CRM, background check providers, etc.).
  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday certification in Integration or related modules.
  • Experience working in an Agile project management environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based HR solutions and SaaS platforms.
