Job Requirements
  • BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience overseeing MEP's on commercial construction projects
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects from start to finish
  • Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team of professionals
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent decision-making skills
  • Excellent knowledge of construction quality control, building codes, and safety regulations

  • Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
  • Professional certification in project management (PMP) or a related field is an advantage
