Are you an ambitious and goal-driven salesperson with a deep understanding of the local market? We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to join our team at Xclusive Homes LLC, a company committed to excellence in the real estate industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow the sales team.
  • CRM Management: Oversee the CRM to ensure smooth operations and data accuracy.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales and team growth.
  • Communication Channels: Utilize our five communication channels to recruit and retain real estate agents.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing agents and customers.
  • Recruitment & Retention: Recruit new talent and retain existing talent while actively seeking new prospects through referrals and networking.

Compensation:

$82,000 at plan commission

Responsibilities:
  • Increase new business and accelerate revenue generation by cold calling, on-site visits, and sales tours, as well as engaging your local community network
  • Study and research local market trends and competitor activity to discover potential leads
  • Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships
  • Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets
  • Evaluate property performance in your area and create regional sales plans and sales goals in alignment with brand objectives
  • Interview and hire new talent, ensuring they align with the avatar profile outlined in our projected commission plans
Qualifications:
  • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field a plus
  • Stays organized and manage time well
  • Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in the Real Estate industry
  • A self-starter with a proven ability to hit the ground running
  • Consistently strives to exceed profit margins and revenue target
  • Excellent communication skills and self-assurance in maintaining relationships
