Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by selling all products and services offered by Wireless Zone.
  • Customer Service: Provide efficient, courteous, and prompt customer service to all customers in person, via phone, or written note.
  • Team Leadership: Coach, train, and develop store staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to meet sales objectives.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain strong knowledge of all Wireless Zone products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features.
  • Market Feedback: Provide critical market feedback to the Store Manager regarding local competition and product/service needs.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-3 years of retail/customer-facing/sales experience preferred, with 1-3 years of management experience preferred.
  • Skills: Competitive spirit, ability to stay up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, understanding of customers' needs, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
Compensation:

$4,500.00 - $8,500.00 per month
