BuzzBallz, LLC continues to grow We are seeking a Sales Manager for the southern California area. You must reside in southern California. This role is responsible for the business and brand development of all BuzzBallz/Southern Champion products in the general off premise segment, developing KEY relationships with beverage industry personnel and the distributor(s). The Sales Manager will work in collaboration with the California Sales Director to assist in the development and growth of existing and new accounts. Sales manager will work to build existing markets through strong relationships and detailed market strategy.

· Primarily responsible for expanding growth and sales within the southern California region. Compensation is directly tied to the overall revenue growth of company in this area.

· Expand distribution within existing territory, including competitive research, and meeting/working with the Distributor sales teams to develop state business plans.

· Assume the role of market expert in the territory, including the understanding of pricing strategies, incentive opportunities, key events, and critical target consumer influences.

· In charge of creating and presenting yearly budgetary spends and determine ROI on planned programs.

· Continue to service the needs of existing customers.

· Aid in the growth of online sales and marketing of products through e-commerce.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Degree in sales, marketing or business

· Minimum 5 years sales experience in the spirits/beverage industry

· Experience managing a sales team

· Budget experience

· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent sales and negotiation skills

· Ability to influence others

· Team leadership skills and ability to inspire staff

· Strong organizational skills

· The successful candidate will reside in southern California area
