Job Overview: As an Inside Sales Manager, you will lead our inside sales team and be responsible for driving sales growth in both our retail and wholesale channels. You will develop sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and ensure that sales targets are met. Your role will be crucial in building our brand presence and achieving long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in both retail and wholesale markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction.
  • Manage and lead the inside sales team, setting objectives, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive market strategies.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
  • Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • Passion for the e-bike industry and a good understanding of retail and wholesale dynamics.
