Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Partnership Development to lead our partnership efforts and help drive our business growth to new heights in our fast growing startup. You will work closely with the global CEO and global executive team in defining and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, manage sales and marketing teams, and expand our market presence in the US market. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for partnership development and are excited to be part of a growing startup, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Craft and lead the strategy for partner marketing and sales channels to drive company growth.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop the partner marketing and sales teams, promoting a culture of success.
- Partnership Management: Build strong relationships with key partners and negotiate strategic deals.
- Campaign Oversight: Direct impactful marketing campaigns with partners to boost product awareness and sales.
- Sales Support: Equip the sales team with necessary tools and strategies for effective selling through partners.
- Performance Tracking: Set and monitor key metrics to measure success of marketing and sales initiatives.
- Market Insights: Keep up-to-date with industry trends to inform strategies.
Ideal Candidate:
With these responsibilities in mind, our “Ideal Candidate” should possess the following attributes:
- 10+ years in marketing and sales, with a focus on partner/channel management in each sector.
- A keen intellect, capable of advanced analytical and critical thinking, able to solve problems, and drive complex decision making.
- Strong communication skills and relationship building. Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff in a collaborative team environment.
- Proven ability to lead a team and strategic initiative.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to make strategic decisions that drive growth and profitability.
- A keen intellect, capable of advanced analytical and critical thinking, able to solve problems, and drive complex decision making.
- Person who is willing to get his/her hands dirty, take ownership to deliver results, do whatever it takes no matter how strategic or operational that work is
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, marketing, and customer acquisition.
