Today, Solmetex has acquired additional dental solution partners to expand our portfolio of advanced dental and environmentally efficient solutions. Solmetex is proud to be the industry leader and manufacturer of the NXT Hg5® series of Amalgam Separators and will look to continuously develop our several product lines through US-FDA, EPA, NSF, and EU-MDR regulation.

SUMMARY

As a member of the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for the completion of orders through distribution taken by the sales representatives, tradeshows, online portal, and marketing initiatives. In addition, this individual will work to streamline the end-user’s order process both within Solmetex and their distribution partners.Research and document order related complaints

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Order Processing submissions to distributor partners including but not limited to:

  • Subscription Plan
  • Tradeshow
  • Special Promotions
  • Inside and Outside Sales team orders
  • Online Orders
  • .Research and document order related complaints

Submission follow-up including but not limited to:

  • Document all order placements within CRM.
  • Track and monitor submissions and follow up with distribution when necessary.
  • Building relationships with distribution partners

Order Processing submissions from distributor partners including but not limited to:

  • Confirm receipt of distributor purchase orders.
  • Process purchase orders for shipment and provide follow-up as necessary.
  • Investigate and process return requests.
  • Answer questions about order and shipment status.
  • Maintain working knowledge of products offered.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of customer service experience required.
  • Experience working with a CRM system preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
