Position Overview:
The Facilities Operations Specialist at Cytiva is responsible for overseeing and maintaining essential facility utility systems, including HVAC, RODI, and Pre-Treatment Skid. This role involves responding to alarms, resolving maintenance challenges, and pinpointing areas for enhancement. Adhering to safety standards, offering technical assistance, and meticulously documenting activities are crucial aspects of this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine inspections of plant utilities, monitor Building Management Systems (BMS), and ensure all equipment operates in accordance with Cytiva's protocols.
  • Execute preventative and corrective maintenance on facility machinery and utilities, ensuring timely completion of assigned work orders.
  • Diagnose equipment malfunctions and carry out repairs, including addressing electrical outages and other facility disruptions.
  • Possess 3-5+ years of experience as a Facility or Manufacturing Equipment Technician within a regulated sector, such as medical device or pharmaceutical production.
  • Demonstrate experience in operating, monitoring, or maintaining a Building Management System tailored for controlled environments.
  • Preferred qualifications include Facilities or Maintenance certification or relevant trade credentials.
