Job Title: National Director of Strategic Accounts
Location: Nashville, TN
Salary: $50,000+ (Base Salary with Sales Incentives)

We are a leading Nashville-based outdoor equipment manufacturer, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking an established sales leader to drive the growth of our national accounts.

Position Overview:
The National Director of Strategic Accounts will develop and manage sales relationships, create strategic sales plans, and exceed annual targets. This role involves sales forecasting, delivering impactful presentations, and collaborating with the Supply Chain team for inventory management. Attendance at trade shows, sales meetings, and account events is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with national accounts.
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Assist in managing sales forecasts for accurate planning.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain team for inventory management.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and events.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular sales updates and reports to management.
  • Address customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Continuously improve knowledge through workshops and professional societies.

Education, Experience, and Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of sales experience, particularly with retail accounts.
  • Proven track record with national accounts; recent experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email.
  • Experience in the Outdoor Power Equipment Industry is highly preferred.

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Serve customers by selling products and managing accounts.
  • Plan and organize daily work schedules to secure and establish new accounts.
  • Tailor sales presentations to different sales outlets.
  • Monitor competition and market trends.
  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain sales records.
  • Contribute to team efforts and continuous improvement.

Work Hours & Benefits:

  • Full-Time position with a base salary plus sales incentives.
  • Flexible schedule with hybrid remote/in-office work options.
