About the Role:

We are seeking a Banquet Server to join our team in the Arts, Entertainment, and Recreation industry. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during events and banquets. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have a memorable experience and that all their needs are met. You will work closely with the Banquet Manager and other team members to ensure that all events run smoothly and efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Banquet Server or in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the Arts, Entertainment, and Recreation industry
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items

Responsibilities:

  • Set up banquet rooms and tables according to the event specifications
  • Greet guests and take their orders promptly and accurately
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure that all guests' needs are met throughout the event
  • Clean up banquet rooms and tables after the event

Skills:

As a Banquet Server, you will use your excellent customer service and communication skills to provide exceptional service to our guests. You will also use your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure that all events run smoothly. Additionally, your knowledge of food and beverage service and ability to work well in a team environment will be essential to your success in this role. Finally, your positive attitude and willingness to learn will help you to continuously improve and provide the best possible service to our guests.
