Job DescriptionJob DescriptionNorth Suffolk is looking for a Program Manager for our Hanton House that is a part of our residential recovery program The Program Manager The Program Manager of the Hanton House is responsible for the oversight of program operations, as well as the overall health and safety of the residents, under the supervision of the Director of Addiction Services.

This position is Full-time, 40 hours per week, some holiday, weekend, and/or evening hours may be required.

What you’ll do:

  • Supports the development and maintenance of programming at the Hanton House by working closely with the Clinical Coordinator, Clinician, Intake Coordinator, & Director of Addiction Services.
  • Provide direction to the team, in order to support the delivery of high-quality treatment, and to meet program and agency goals.
  • Maintains some operational and administrative responsibilities, including building safety, scheduling, ordering/purchasing, and program finances.
  • Responsible for ensuring all non-clinical standards from BSAS, insurance agencies, NSCS Quality Management, etc., are being met.
  • Responsible for hiring, corrective action processes, and termination of Hanton House employees, with support from the Clinical Coordinator.
  • Develops and maintains the staff and resident schedule; supports residents in attending scheduled appointments by overseeing the resident appointment calendar.
  • All other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's or Associates degree with equivalent experience, in social work, psychology, or a related field, is preferred.
    • Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors (CADAC) and/or Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors (LADAC) preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Experience working with co-occurring disorders, as well as in residential settings.
    • Supervisory experience
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License and access to a vehicle required.
