Customer Service is a number one goal in this company & we succeed by conducting our face-to-face interactions with the account holders.


Responsibilities include:


  • Plan and execute the day-to-day meetings/appointments with customers
  • Evaluate the design and effectiveness of contracts, and promotions
  • Help find improvement for the accounts
  • Supervising associates within the office setting
  • Interviewing potential new associates
  • Providing training for associates within the company
