Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize performance and support company goals.
  • Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Accounting Manager, Bookkeeper, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in ERP software (QuickBooks and Sage preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, month-end closing
  • Progress billing and experience with AIA forms is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
